We use Steadfast Courier for all nationwide deliveries to ensure fast and secure transit of your delicate handmade items.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an automatic SMS from Steadfast with a tracking link to monitor your parcel's journey.
Return & Refund
Since our products are crafted specifically for your home and are often fragile, please follow our return guidelines carefully.
- Unboxing Video: Please record a clear, uncut unboxing video when receiving your parcel. We only authorize damage replacements if an unboxing video is provided.
- 3-Day Window: Any damage or defect must be reported to our WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product, along with the unboxing video.
- Refunds: If a product is genuinely defective and cannot be replaced, a refund will be discussed and issued to your bKash/Nagad within 48 hours.

- What we collect: Name, phone number, address, and browsing data (via Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics to improve your experience).
